R.I.P. songwriter Jean Dinning, best known for the maudlin 1959 hit “Teen Angel.” Dinning — whose brother Mark sang the song, which told the story of a young girl who dies tragically — was 86 and survived by two sisters, four children, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. [
